Arrow is a cutie for sure, and sweetheart.... I have worked with him alot- and he is so much, much better than he was when I got him- but still needs work with confidence and amped up anxiety on the trail. You may have heard I'm going to have Susie work with him next month. Hopefully she gets him to where I'll feel safe on him out on the trail soon...then I can start going on some rides with you all! Camping too! Woo Hoo!

Thanks for the info on the settings. Cherie and I rode out of Child's Meadows Saturday and it was gorgeous......and only 75 deg....I recommend to everyone.

Hey toni.......Where are you horse camping? And is there room for another? Rocky is slowing down, but I would love to attend if it is not too far.
Also, I took a drive yesterday and saw Child's Meadows. Looks like a pretty good place....maybe a little pricey, but she says we can ride on trails from their place. Would you be intererested in going there?

Hi Toni. I just got a reminder for the R-Wild Horse Poker Ride....there is an error on the day and time. The RIDE is Sat May 21st 9am-12pm. the CHECK-IN for those wanting to spend the night Fri May 20 is 3PM-7PM. Could you update the info on the site for me?..........Thanks...Kathy

Hi Toni. Sorry to hear Cowboy Camp is cancelled....but I understand. And it looks like it is going to rain on Sunday, so maybe it is best. The worst news is about the camper. This is the time of year to be using it. ....hoping to make more rides this spring/summer.

I am planning on attending....just don't know if I can get Friday off. So, at this point, I will say that I will drive down Friday night and plan to ride Sat/Sun.

Thank you Toni! :) The tricky part in getting together with everyone is not actually yet having my own horse. Are there stables nearby from which I can rent one? What would you suggest?

Hi Toni, I just posted a "Discussion" for my horse boarding business. See what you think. I am only looking for 4 boarders. Probably all the members have their own facilities, but maybe they will know someone. Hopefully, I will get some interest soon. I put an ad on Craigslist and a flyer at Bella Vista Feed. I will put flyers up elsewhere also. Check out my profile. I put pictures of the arena, shelters and wash rack on my profile. Any other suggestions?
