It's UP and DOWN the hilltop hill we shall go. How many intervals can you do? 4x is about 9,000 steps. Everyone can go their own pace and while some may be slower or faster than others, we can wave and encourage one another as we share the experience and keep the lions and tigers and bears at bay. It's a great way to get in shape while enjoying beautiful sunsets.
Bring a flashlight or headlight.

Nine tonight as I put in 8 hilly miles yesterday.....5 in an hour 10 min. Then crossed the other 3 miles after a break...pretty good start. Wed.is back to hilltop I think..That hill isn't that hard.....
Meant none tonight..not nine...oops!
I've been getting in 4 in about 45 minutes. I've been carrying my backpack and added another 2 pounds tonight for training this week. We enjoyed a beautiful full moon! Come join us Sam when you are in town :)
Thanks Jan! Great job! It sounds like you're getting stronger every hike. Yeah, I've been training down here, getting into "mountain shape" for the up coming season. I want to try the Shasta-Bally Challenge also, just as a test, but with my travel, it will have to work out as a weekend thaaang!. No worries tho, It will happen at some point. Thanks! And keep it going!

Did I mention I need to add weight to my pack on Hilltop....that will challenge me..but fun!!!
Haha! Maybe you should drag a 40lb. sled. That will challenge you...but not fun!
