We are at the track every Tuesday & Thursday morning between 5:30 and 6:30am (unless noted otherwise).
We'd love to have company. So, if you're an early bird (or would like to be an early bird), come join me at the track. EVERYONE is welcome! Walk, jog, run, skip, jump rope, hula hoop, . . . or whatever makes you happy, gets you up and going . . .
