Heading out to Lema Ranch to walk a couple of circuits for vitamin D and to feel a little lactic acid in the muscles.

Two circuits is about six miles and we may be able to see some goslings, tippie-toe through goose poop and basically enjoy the great big sky and those outside smells and sounds!!!

I am commanding that the sun join us, at least for the 90 minutes it will take to do the six miles, including some cardio hill-walking for those so inclined.

Meet at the parking lot after going through the roundabout.

  Directions:
  Go out Hwy 44 east and take the Shasta View exit. Go left. Drive to a 4-way stop and go thru. You'll hit the roundabout and trail parking is signed. You'll see a school. turn left at the light into a subdivision. Then take the first left and you should be seeing trail parking. If you are coming west on Hwy 44, obviously you take Shasta View and turn right.....then go from there.....
